Job Description: The scope of this position is to be responsible for providing financial advice, providing clear budgetary planning for the short and long term, assessing the financial implications of any decision before proceeding, ensuring that financial practices are in line with all statutory legislation and regulations.
On the other hand this position is responsible for auditing all Group financial, marketing, human resources, operations management including but not limited to audit all business planning, budgeting, and reporting; to initiate and comply high management and departments policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct risk assessment of assigned department or functional area.
• Plan and execute risks based on auditing engagements.
• Determine scope of review and review the suitability of internal control design.
• Conduct audit testing of specified area and identify reportable issues and dimension of risk.
• Determine compliance with policies and procedures.
• Verbally communicate findings to the high management and draft comprehensive and complete report of audit area.
• Analyze financial situation and suggest solutions.
• Recommend to develop the departments’ processes, collection policy, and coordination among departments.
• Recommend on investments and reserves.
• Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements.
• Undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning.
• Producing long-term business plans.
• Undertaking research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance.
• Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure and managing budgets.
• Developing and managing financial systems/models.
• Carrying out business modeling and risk assessments.
• Supervising staff and liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues.
