1.Developing compensation and benefits policies and procedures in line with corporate strategy
2.Developing and seeks approval for competitive compensation and benefits scheme to ensure attraction, and retention of qualified personnel

8.Developing and establishing corporate guidelines for conducting random audit checks on payroll to ensure that salaries and benefits, calculations, etc. are in compliance with established standards
9.Developing corporate HR guidelines governing the salary and benefits administration including increases, adjustments and promotions, communicating and providing guidance to country managers for effective implementation
10.Contributing to the development of overall corporate HR strategies and standards
11.Implement and maintain the Disciplinary Action Matrix in line with applicable policies, procedures, labor law and handle the appeal cases accordingly
12.Assist in the identification of high potential employees in order to create a pool of talent and coordinate with the Learning & Development department for their development needs
13.Conduct seasonal studies on different HR metrics such as company turnover, probationary success, disciplinary actions, promotional rates and employee satisfaction survey, as well as generate and analyze related reports, suggesting action plans accordingly

10. Control the payroll generation in order to ensure timeliness and accuracy
11. Create, implement and oversee a set of operational metrics measuring the effectiveness of the department across all functions
12. Analyze compensation policies, government regulations, and prevailing wage rates in order to develop competitive and compliant compensation plan.
13. Develop and implement new benefit packages while ensuring that they are competitive and in line with legal requirements.
14. Provide professional advice and guidance on Compensation and Benefits issues to internal customers in order to ensure that policies are properly applied and implemented and high standards in Financial/accounting practices are achieved and maintained.
