•Exceeded my KPIs several years, in 2017 attained above 250% of budgeted lending portfolio yearly target

Arab Finance House sal (A subsidiary of Qatar Islamic Bank), Beirut, Lebanon

The company is a private organization specialized in trading consumer goods and industrial products including Food products, household appliances, lightweight vehicles, motorcycle and Real Estate development.

Key Responsibilities:
•Promoted the highest level of administrative standards, both to serve clients and to support Company processes and overall business effectiveness, reporting to GM on all aspects of the company and its different branches.
•Managed all day to day accounting functions within the organization, formulating periodic financial statements and analyzing the veracity of transactions recorded across various books of accounts maintained.
•Participated in formulating company financial policies and procedures, analyzed business operations and performed capital budgeting and performance evaluation related to projects.
•Managed bank’s accounts, arranged for financing, oversaw L/C, L/G, Transfers in addition to managing trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to project future revenues and expenses.
•Undertook periodical audits to assess the accuracy of entries posted and sufficiency of control procedures in place for - A/R, A/P, sales, expenses, stock, etc. as well as coordinated with external audit.

Key Responsibilities:
•Assessed new credit line requests using detailed analysis of client financial and management accounts, credit scores and trading history, and weigh these up against the commercial benefits of the deal.
•Applied good judgment in customer communications, many of which involve errors, discrepancies, and problems, ensured compliance to bank credit norms.
•Reviewing customer orders on credit hold promptly, checked for existing, irregular and potential clients and examined lending accounts, to ensuring prompt repayments of loan accounts.
•Maneuvered credit policies as per contract applications in business cycle, evaluated permissible credit limits on a case by case basis and reported to credit manager.
•Performed cash-flow analysis, implemented and aligned a set of comprehensive Credit Risk Policies and Procedures.
•Evaluated permissible credit for new contract applications and sanctioning the same, post examination of all related documentation, prepared agreements and credit analysis report.
•Analyzed credit data, Stock statements, book debts, financial statements to determine degree of risk, enhancing bank's risk analytics, modeling and reporting with strong analytical abilities and risk methodology.
