- Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to partner concerns in Western Region ( Jeddah - Taif - Madina - Makkah ).
- Build and strengthen relationships with
MRSOOL key partners to achieve long-term partnerships.
- Obtain promotions & delivery offers on selected items for the existing key partners.
- Maintain accurate key partner records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
- Take inquiries and requests from partners and address their needs.
- Identifying and implementing new value-added in finding solutions for partners through regular contact.
- Monitoring performance of ground operations on day and interval level to proactively ensure there are no delays to active orders.
- Retaining and reactivate vendors.
- Improving operational efficiency of our partners by making sure we always deliver the best service.
