• Lead all construction aspects, providing strategic and professional guidance to the Construction and Technical teams to ensure that they are following all agreed control procedures.
• Set targets, objectives and clear responsibilities for all construction staff, progressively monitor individual performance against the agreed criteria and conduct formal appraisals in keeping with timeframe.
• Achieve and exceed expected profit margins by strict adherence to project documents, developed budgets, cost containment and negotiation, draw request analysis and minimization of change orders.
• Coordinate construction projects from conception to completion.

I finished 2 projects in King Abdul Aziz University. First is Classrooms Building for Girls with Fluor Arabia Consultant, second is General Institution Building with Zuhair Fayez Partner Consultant.

Responsibilities:

● Identify the need of recources and take on team management responsibilities in relation to the recources available to the project.
● Approve sub-contractor and vendor invoices.
● Contribute to a pleasant and efficient working environment.

Within this period I performed the following jobs:
■ Dar Al-Thikr School for Boys.
■ Renovation / Sara Towe - 4 Stars Hotel.
■ Renovation two Residential buildings.
■ Renovation the main office of Al-Mabarrah Co.
■ Designing the camp site of (Mina & Arafat ) for Al-Hajj every year.

● Continuously monitor progress in terms of the status of the plan and the budget, and report back as required.
● Identify, log, analyze and manage potential and actual issues and risks, taking corrective actions by taking day-to-day issues head on and reviewing how more serious issues and risks might impact on scope, schedule, quality and cost.
● Authorize all project documentation and prepare all project reports.
Approve sub-contracts and vendor invoices.

Make full architectural & interior design drawings with the supervisionon construction stage for:
● Fru-Cade Factory for soft drinks.
● Seven private residential buildings.
● Decorating jobs for luxury trading shops.
● Finishing works for apartments in new Aleppo district.
● Private dental clinic.
And within the work in my private engineering office, I joinded (AES) Aleppo Engineering Society as a resident engineer (part time supervision) for two residential buildings.

● Designing the site plan of housing suburbs in north center of Aleppo city, with some buildings such as ( kindergarten, health center, primary & elementary schools, mosque, pest office, police station).
● supervision on executing all the above projects.
● Continuously monitor progress in term of the status of the plan and the budget, and report back as required.
● Approve sub-contractors and vendor invoices.

● Planning Ohoud Trading Co. projects in order to accomplish its goals or produce the products required within constraints such as time, cost and agreed qualty standars.
● Following up Saudi Environment awareness project, which belongs to Ministry of Defense.
● Finishing works for 3 villas in Riyadh.
● Finishing works for private villa in Thomamah, .

Full supervision on relevant contracts from the moment of offering such a project, establishing its own schedule, till the completion of the project.
