1. To manage overall HVAC projects, electrical, and dealing with clients, contractors and vendors.
2. Provide technical support to Engineering Department in the development and execution of various projects related to communities and infrastructure projects.
3. Leads other Engineers and design personnel in technical excellence and growth in the Quality Improvement Process.
4. Conduct Performance discussion with the subordinates, whenever applicable, through open discussion to establish Associate’s development and Performance Awareness.
5. Plan, supervise and monitor work of HVAC teams.
6. To evaluate condition of mechanical equipment on an existing site and recommend corrective action; implement repairs or revisions including Design changes.
7. Provide technical assistance in diagnosis and report of mechanical systems.
8. Identify training need of staff and facilitate delivery of training.
9. Provide technical support to the staff at site.
10. Help and guide all labor staff in completing HVAC works.
11. Help the purchase, design, account & finance departments.
12. Enhance customer confidence and satisfaction by following stipulated service operation standard in order to improve customer retention.
13. Approve timesheets and invoices.
14. Manage internal and external technical teams with standards, budget and project schedule.
1. Coordinate work between HVAC crew and maintenance, electrical, and carpentry departments, project manager and contractors.
2. Plan, supervise and monitor work of HVAC technicians.
3. Inspect and evaluate condition of mechanical equipment on an existing site and recommend corrective action; implement repairs or revisions including design changes.
4. Ensure that installation and repairs are performed in accordance with all federal, state and local Coad.
5. Install large and small mechanical HVAC equipment for heating, cooling, air moving pumping, building automation and plumbing.
6. Develop and maintain preventive maintenance program for major mechanical equipment.
7. Provide technical assistance in diagnosis and report of mechanical systems.
8. Identify training need of staff and facilitate delivery of training.
9. Train HVAC technicians in procedure and usage of equipment.
10. Ensure appropriate employee safety training and compliance.
11. Supervise all HVAC works on site.
12. Provide technical support to the staff at site.
13. Help and guide all labor staff in completing HVAC works.
14. Also well knowledge of materials and items purchasing.
