Responsible for managing Projects of LPG vaporizers, LPG-Air mixers, LPG storage and bottling plants, Gas leakage detection and Fire Fighting Equipment from designing, planning, estimation, procurement to execution and completion. Site management and project execution in safe manner until complete handover.
Project Lead for the installation of LPG Storage Tanks, 75mmbtu/h LPG-Air Mix Plant (Ransome, USA) and Gas leak detection equipment at Hyundai Nishat Motor Ltd, Faisalabad in 2019.
Responsible for leading maintenance team based in Lahore office providing maintenance and technical support to clients.
Working as Mechanical Engineer responsible for the design, installation and maintenance of Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm Systems as per NFPA standard.
* Preparing scope of work, cost estimates and project plan.
* Plan, Monitor and Control the daily project site activities.
* Review the changes in mechanical design documents during construction phase and modify these changes accordingly.
* Review and approve all mechanical material submittals.
* Prepare the preliminary and final project handover documents to ensure conformance to design specifications and safety sanitation standards.
* Responsible for the preventive, corrective and scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting of existing fire systems.
Working as an Executive Utilities responsible for the smooth & sustainable operation and maintenance of Utilities Equipment i.e., Absorption Chillers (490 USRT), Air Handling Units, Cooling Towers, Diesel Generators, Solar PV System (130 KW), Screw Air Compressors, Cold Rooms, SNG Plant and Water Treatment Plant.
Worked as Mechanical Engineer (Utilities & Projects) responsible for the smooth & sustainable
operation and maintenance of utilities equipment i.e., Gas Fired Captive Power Plant, Solid Fuel
and Gas Fired Boiler, Air Compressors, Effluent Treatment Plant and Reverse Osmosis Plant. Also
worked in the erection, commissioning and installation of 25TPH Solid Fuel Boiler, Air
Compressors, Effluent Treatment Plant and Reverse Osmosis Plant for the new denim unit.
Worked as Site Engineer Mechanical responsible for the field support of installation and
maintenance of Cold storage, Blast freezing, chilling room and HVAC system. Responsible for
monitoring of sub-contractors and transportation of all shipped equipment from Turkey.
Responsible to assist VCD Specialist in coordinating and monitoring activities involved in various procurement in all the VCD sectors. To undertake technical tasks of designing product specifications, setting evaluation criteria, gathering information for the evaluations, manage all off-site and on-site manufacturing / fabrication / installation / commissioning / testing of the supplied equipment. Also to assist the consultants engaged with the project and provide technical support to them when required. Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

1) Technical Evaluation of Quaid-e-Azam Solar Park (100MW)
2) Technical Evaluation of Solar Home Solutions - Project of Govt. of Punjab
3) Installed 30kWatt Solar PV System at KICS, UET, Lahore
Maintenance of 3.3 MW Natural Gas Power Plant and electricity distribution of (UET) University of Engineering & Technology, Lahore.
