I am working as a project manager for Nassim landscaping and infrastructure project which belong to Royal Commission For Riyadh City RCRC, the project consists of 7 under ground concrete tanks with pumps station including all electromechanical works and 7 irregation networks and sewer networks and water supply networks with development of many parks and many facilities buildings and roads networks with responsibilities as following:
• Create and manage project plans.
• Define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress.
• Align project objectives with company goals, and make sure that the
project team is clear on objectives.
• Help the project team with design and development tasks.
• Lead process of issue identification and resolution.
• Manage risk-tracking process.
• Monitor and manage project scope.
• Controlled finances through careful budget governance.
• Monitored project progress against key milestones, facilitating the
management of risks and post project review actions and escalating
significant issues as appropriate.
• Reported on key milestones and outcomes from project assurance
activities.
• Analyzing financial data, including project budget, risks, and resources
allocation.
• Create and implement frameworks methodologies to insure the
management of project is comprehensive and consistent across
different initiatives.

As a construction manager for 3 projects, King Abdullah project KAP 4 construction of buildings from review of drawings, earth work, , concrete structural works, precast and steel structure works, finishing work and infrastructure and roads, SIE project which was distributed from Hafr Batin to Salwa area in eastern area, Hawia Aramco project which include oil and gas pipe line and construction of Aramco facilities building TCF, I was responsible for planning construction projects and overseeing their progress from start to finish in a timely and cost-effective manner. key responsibilities was include budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling of the projects, collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. With give attention to detail and strong organizational skills, you will ensure that all construction activities align with the established timeline and budget, coordinating resources, resolving any issues that may arise, and delivering successful construction projects.
Managing and planning the construction project which consists of 2248 villas, 7 schools, 11 masjids, 2 medical center and all infrastructure and roads works with the following responsibilities:
* Surveying the construction site and providing a detailed report on how to carry out the project and its consequences
* Liaising with local authorities, municipal councils, environmental agencies and
statutory authorities and government departments on the requirements and
implications of the construction
* Ensuring Occupational Health & Safety compliance on site
* Arm subordinate staff with relevant information on construction
* Advising the workers on the construction process and addressing their concerns
* Solving construction problems as soundly as possible
* Keeping Management and relevant stakeholders informed of progress including
possible impediments to construction works
* Conducting surveys on the sites where the construction is to take place
* Acting as the quality control and assurance to ensure that the project objectives are
met
* Budget for the project within an estimated cost
* Obtaining the construction materials and verifying them
* Controlling the cost of the materials and labor
* Selecting the ideal equipment’s to be used
* Scheduling the construction work
* Laying down the preferred construction methods
* Ensuring that the project starts on time and ends within the estimated duration.
As a site civil engineer, I was responsible for doing the inspections with contractor and check the materials and review the manpower and equipment reports, review the structural shop drawings to avoid any rework
