Handling SME Segment and Business Operations for Business Unit in Western Region. In this key role I am
responsible for the management in Western, Central and Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia, with close involvement in a
wide range of managerial functions, including target setting, support and team leading. Main responsible are below.
■ Acting as a SPOC for SME Western Region, issues related to Performance & Management.
■ Generating all the sales facts and figures through Analysis.
■ Developing & maintaining the complete data base of Data Sales department.
■ Sales Target achievement on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
■ Preparing reports on Sales, Collections. Productions and Dispatches on Monthly, Quarterly and Annually basis.
■ Working closely under the guidance and direction of the Top Management.
■ Check and balance between Purchasing Orders and demand of requirements from the Customers.
■ Coordination with the Order Desk to process the orders received from the data team.
■ Communication interface between the Business Sales Unit and other key departments
I am the SPOC for SME & SOHO Data Sales Segment and Regional Coordinator for Western Region. In this key role I am responsible for the management of Western, Central and Eastern Regions of Saudi Arabia, with close involvement in a wide range of managerial functions, including target setting, staff support and team leading.
■ Acting as a SPOC for Business Sales for SME & SOHO Data Sales / issues related to Performance & Management.

Inspection and acceptance tasks and report to Quality Manager.
• Ensure all field inspection and acceptance work is performed according to agreed project procedures.
• Ensure site reports from the quality inspection teams are accurate, complete and timely submitted.
• Monitor performance of the quality inspection team, and initiate corrective actions as required to ensure timely and accurate execution of the work.
• Verify progress and quality of work of the vendors and subcontractors against agreed specifications and plans, and report any deviations as per project process.
• Verify the accuracy and quality for all documents and site reports submitted by the contractors.
• In coordination with subcontractors, prepare acceptance schedule and related documents.
