• Drive market expansion across oil and gas, maritime, industrial manufacturing, construction, rail, energy and other
industrial sectors.
• Lead and guide teams in client registration, vendor prequalification, enquiry screening, opportunity qualification, bid
compilation, proposal submission and post-submission follow-up.
• Develop strategic partnerships with international manufacturers and service providers, evaluate product-market fit and
support local representation and agency opportunities.
• Strengthen market access with ADNOC ecosystem, TAQA ecosystem, NMDC Group, EPC contractors and major
industrial stakeholders.
• Monitor upcoming projects, tenders, competitor activities and market developments, converting market intelligence into
targeted business development actions.
• Coordinate with technical, commercial, procurement and operations teams to improve proposal responsiveness,
commercial quality and conversion of qualified opportunities.
• Drive a more unified group brand identity and consolidate sales efforts to improve market visibility, cross-selling and
long-term growth across business units.
