o Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences.

Handling and managing client account and communication. Main account: BMW - ME.
Support the implementation of all communications and marketing related policies and procedures as well as public relations policies and procedures for the Connected-drive.
Handling all the events, meetings, and training related to the connected drive.
Support and facilitate development and implementations of section business/marketing plans.
Creating and delivering ‘connected drive’, Sales, and aftersales reports on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
Tallying ‘connected drive’ reports, with the total sales reports of the dealer.

•Conducting interviews on customer satisfaction surveys (Sales & aftersales).
•Tracking customer-feedback on the services offered by BMW.
•Responding to queries and concerns escalated to the dealership.
•Achieving daily targets of calls with high quality standards.
•Following up with customers and making sure the concerns are resolved.
