• Perform Software’s Installation.
• IT Equipment’s Maintenance On weekly basis.
• Provide Technical Support.
• Access control Management.
• Time attendance Management.
• System Administrator (Windows / Linux).
• Exchange Server Management.
• Active Directory Admin.
• Koha & DSpace (E-library) Management.
• Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (N-Computing) Management.
• CCTV Management.
Virtual Infrastructure (VMware).
• Coordinator external training.
• To assist the Training manager in organizing and maintaining efficient administrative systems.
• To manage and maintain the organization web site and other social media sites.
• Coordinating with TM regarding to responsibility for the recruitment, training, organization; supervising maintenance, supplies and equipment; achieving profit targets;
• Taking responsibility for executing Market Plan in small scale (Social Media -
preparing posters - …etc.).
• To organize and maintain an efficient library of reference material in the reception area for both staff, users and visitors use.
• Responsible for completion of registration.
• To undertake financial tasks such as petty cash payments, preparing invoices and banking.
• To setup and maintain databases.
• Recording statistics on relevant databases and collating information for evaluation and monitoring purposes.

• Course Material/Attendance /Services/ Preparing Certificates.
• Setup of software program.
• Evaluation of the Course / Instructors.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, printer and software issues reported to the Service

• Update network applications as required
• Maintain daily tape backup and off-site tape storage
• Troubleshoot and resolve all problems encountered with hardware and software. Escalate requests to
the appropriate party, as needed. Replace or repair defective parts and equipment.
• Conduct technology training for new users
• Provide support to the Technology team
• Conduct briefings and demonstrations for users to enhance system productivity
• Assist in the development of training coursework and materials
• Maintain and expand knowledge base in area of expertise
• Comply with continuing education requirements
• Increase efficiencies, technical ability and interpersonal skills
• Perform routine server monitoring and performance benchmarking
• Monitor and remove virus, spyware, and other non-authorized software
• Complete special projects as request
