• Support Sarawak Operations in planning, managing and coordinating maintenance and shutdown activities to ensure that production and uptime targets are effectively met and that the facility is operated and maintained safely and efficiently in accordance with Company policies, objectives and quality standards.
• Technical supports in the preparation and implementation of maintenance strategies, budgets, policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Provides support in developing and focusing strategic direction, planning, co-ordination, guidance, reviewing and close follow-up of key issues, to contribute towards achieving HSE, Maintenance, Production of Oil & Gas and Water Injection, Gas Injection in line with Asset’s KPI’s targets.
• Undertakes duties closely related to planning/scheduling of short, medium and long-term activities.
• Participates in the planning, coordination and recommendation of long and short term production and maintenance programs.
• Participation in the Engineering Design, Construction, Start-up, Commissioning, FAT & SAT of new projects / equipment within SKO.
• Ensuring SARAWAK OPERATION and/or Section/Department long term KPI (2015 until 2018) are in place and on track.

• Acted as the Deputy Site Manager during the Construction of 2 x 60 MW Circulating Fluidized Bed Coal Fired Thermal Power Plant and its Balance of Plant in Sihanoukville Cambodia (USD240million).
• Acted as the Deputy Commissioning Manager during the Commissioning Stage of 2 x 60 MW Circulating Fluidized Bed Coal Fired Thermal Power Plant and its Balance of Plant.
• Setting up the Operation and Maintenance Systems, and involved in the O&M Services Set-up for the Power Plant - Awarded the O&M contract to Shandong Licun O&M Company.
• Managing the Independent Engineer Certification for the Project.
• Reviewing and approving the Project Milestones payment disbursement.
• Reviewing and approving Electrical / C&I Design Documents for the power plant project.
