•Closely work with other I.T teams for the continuous improvement in the area of service delivery and
end user support.
•Designing, planning and deployment of LAN and WAN solutions using Cisco devices.

•Managed and control the billing records using call accounting software (Tafseel) for all the telephone exchanges.
•Maintenance of Cisco Switches for proper connectivity among PABXs, Fax Server, Voice Conference Server and Remote location IP shelves.
•Installation and Maintenance of Siemens OpenScape Xpressions based IVR (Interactive Voice Response) and PC based Operator Consoles which work as Mini Call Centre.
•Installation and configuration of Siemens OptiPoint and OpenStage IP Phones.
•Maintenance and control of Siemens Meet ME Voice Conference Server (MMCS).
•Installation, maintenance and configuration of centralized Unified Communication Server, based on Siemens OpenScape Xpressions.
•Maintenance and configuration of Siemens AP-3700 remote shelf installed at various locations.
