•Closely work with other I.T teams for the continuous improvement in the area of service delivery and
end user support.
•Designing, planning and deployment of LAN and WAN solutions using Cisco devices.
•Working with end users in order to discuss their future needs and then plan accordingly in order to implement new systems as per the requirements.
•Administer and troubleshoot network, running EIGRP/OSPF routers, switches and access points.

•Remote Desktop Support to the end users to resolve the routine problems.
•Managed Siemens EPABXs HiPath-4000, HiPath-3000 & Nortel Meridian 11-C installednationwide.
•Plan and allocate the Network Addressing for IP Telephone (VOIP).

•Installation and Maintenance of Siemens OpenScape Xpressions based IVR (Interactive Voice Response) and PC based Operator Consoles which work as Mini Call Centre.
•Installation and configuration of Siemens OptiPoint and OpenStage IP Phones.
•Maintenance and control of Siemens Meet ME Voice Conference Server (MMCS).
•Installation, maintenance and configuration of centralized Unified Communication Server, based on Siemens OpenScape Xpressions.
•Maintenance and configuration of Siemens AP-3700 remote shelf installed at various locations.
