➢ Heading Swegon Bluebox, Italy (Chiller, Precision AC/CRAC, Condensing unit etc.) and Rosenberg, Germany (AHUs/FCUs) in Qatar market.
➢ Focusing on identifying new business opportunities along with managing and developing Sales in generating opportunities and enhance relations with customers / clients / consultants / contractors to deliver goals in the market.
➢ Setting strategic goals and plans for the design, Sales and application teams aligned with business objectives
➢ Leading sales initiative to create sales strategies and proactively facilitates the sharing of insight (market, customer, industry) with the sales team to enable the delivery of business plans. Implementing and maintaining sales management best practices to set the standards for excellent sales performance
➢ Handling overall operational activities in the region, the design, estimation, tendering, sales, application aftersales/retrofits, system upgradation and execution of the contracts.
➢ Forecasting and developing an annual sales plan, exploring market opportunities, developing, and implementing strategies and processes to maximize margins while increasing market share.
➢ Regularly evaluating the efficiency of business processes according to organizational objectives and apply improvements, also evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics.
➢ Focusing on growing business in the region, and develop long-term customer relationships and be self-motivated to drive territory growth
➢ Leading by example, chase, qualify and close new sales opportunities by creating competitive, high-quality proposals and taking part in tendering and bidding process.
➢ Demonstrating our expertise by differentiating and leveraging the deep market knowledge of our competitor’s strategies, products, and services.
➢ Designing the HVAC system independently or in co-ordination with consultants involving heat load calculations (HLC), system layout, equipment selection & Single line Diagram in line with other standards.
➢ Receiving Tender documents (Drawings, Specification, Bill of Quantities) pertaining to Mechanical and Electrical works.
➢ Reviewing the tender documents and ensure that all data required for pricing are available in the documents.
➢ To evolve of project requirements in co-ordination with direct client or consultants to conceptualize the project needs.
➢ Preparing technical queries such as, details, missing documents pertaining to the tender.
➢ Sending enquiries to the specified/non-specified suppliers for materials &equipment.
➢ Following up and receive quotation from various suppliers.
➢ Evaluating the supplier quotations against the tender requirements such as capacity, quantity, specifications, deviations, etc.
➢ Understanding different taxations involved.
➢ Negotiate with vendors to fit the project cost in stipulated budget.
➢ Preparing the comparative analysis of all quantities & use the optimum solution.
➢ Arranging to get the quantity take-off from the drawings according to the project BOQ through the Assistant Estimators.
➢ Preparing a costing & PC Brief for the works, highlighting the value of all equipment / material.
➢ Tender adjudication with the Estimation Manager.
➢ Preparing the BOQ for final submission to the Client/Main Contractor.
➢ Keeping close watch on the proceedings through supplier relationship.
➢ Preparing value engineering proposals whenever required for the clients.
➢ Revising the costing for the post tender clarifications received.
➢ Preparing the final contract BOQ based on the agreed contract value.
➢ Preparing material submittals as per project specification.
➢ Taking approval from consultants for materials to achieve techno - commercial benefits for company.
➢ Co-ordinating with consultants, clients for resolving technical issues.
➢ Project finalizations & Negotiation with Client.
