TV assembly (CRT lifter, Cabinet Feeding, CPT Docking, degaussing coil fixing, PCB fitting, Harnessing, White balancing with RF Modulator, Signal Generator, Industrial PC, Geometry adjust, Final QC, HV test, back cover Setting, packing etc.) plant and everyday 400 units color TV/LCD/LED-LG or Hisense-China Assembling .
Findings and solving of various faults in the color TV (Raster-picture-sound related problem) & Refrigerator-LG.
I can understand the Electrical CKT. Diagram and layout of various TV stages and also Refrigerators.
I have clear concepts of TV test Equipments (Pattern generator, Oscilloscope, AVO meter, Signal Injector etc.)
Troubleshooting of color TV, LCD, TV, LED, TV(26-42 inch, Hisence-China) in various test (Voltage test, Voltage test in ICS, EHT test, Resistance Test, Current test) & Refrigerators(fan, Condenser, Capacitor, drain line, Refrigerant, Thermostat, lamp, timer, capillary pipe etc.)
Assembly from CKD and SKD CKT. With automatic soldering deep machine (SOLMAC-Germany), multiprogramming Jungle IC, Memory IC copy machine,
