ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: -
1. Full Supervision in Building Structural works, civil works FOH, BOH, FIT-OUT Works, Civil Maintenance works
2. Full supervision in MEP works .
3. Handing over the resulting structures and services for Coordinate between several sub-contractors & MEP Team
4. Full coordination between design, planning, procurement dept, QA-QC dept.
5. Assessment of potential risks, materials and cost.
6. Site preparation and schedule implementation.

1. Full Supervision in of Dry & Wet Utilities Diversion & Reinstatement. ELV, BGM, WIFI, INFRA, IPTV, HARDSCAPE, SOFTSCAPE, LANDSCAPE.
2. Handing over the resulting structures and services for Coordinate between several sub-contractors
3. Full coordination between design, planning, procurement dept.
4. Assessment of potential risks, materials and cost
5. Site preparation and schedule implementation
6. Four weeks ahead schedule /forecast submitting to client

1. ECPW HOLDER FOR RLIC

2. Manage manpower & Distribute works to manpower according to demand of works.
3. Co- ordinate with sub contractor. Diving works, Water supply, Diesel supply

4. Co- ordinate with QA/QC, QP & SEA WORKS

5. Co-ordinate with QP PERSONAL.

6. Co-ordinate with port control & QP permit Office.

7. PTW holder & Accepting all permit

8. Co-ordinate with Workshop for all type of supporting works.

9. Regular & Periodically checkup of all Equipment, Hand Tools,

10. Power Tools, Lifting Gears with Plant Dpt.

11. Making Ensure implementing of all QSHE rules among all employees.

12. Co-ordinate with Seaworks Survey Team

13. Hydrography & Topographic survey works.

14. Mantaining & Submitting to HR Monthly Time sheet for all Employees at SCP - RLIC.

15. Full Co-ordinating with Technical Team for any Drawing, Specifications issue any other quary.

16. Mantaining & Submitting to HR Monthly Diesel sheet for SCP - RLIC.
