Review Scope of Work, Contract, Company Specifications, and Standards & perform the work in
compliance to the specified requirements.
 Able to Assure that construction team work is in compliance with SAUDI ARAMCO/International
standards requirements, procedures, specifications and schedule Q of the project contract.
 Able to Write inspection reports and initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Log Book entry
(LBE) as needed. Responsible for welder qualification test as per WPS and maintain record of welder
certificates and monitor of welder’s performance.
 Review & Approval of Procedures Such as per applicable standards & Codes.
 Review of WPSs / PQR, ITP, PMI, Method statements & NDT Procedures to comply with Client

Inspection of Fabrication and welding of Pipeline Systems as per field weld.
 Preparation of progress reports & inspection documents.
 Responsible for verifying whether the welding technique and performance of Welder conform the
requirements of applicable standard.
 Prepare and check the quantity and quality of the welding consumables to meet the requirements of
each project.
 Preparation of test packages including weld map & weld traceability.
 Monitoring daily construction activities of sub-contractors, to ensure erection is in compliance with
contract specification.
 Review of Hydro test packages, NDT clearance prior to release for hydro testing
 Supervise the maintenance and inspection of welding, and fabrication.
 Prepare checklist and implement weekly and monthly schedules of manpower, material and
equipment.
 Co-ordination with contractor’s inspectors to ensure consistent Quality / production according to
piping isometrics, support drawings and details.
 Ensure the compliance of safety procedures according to the company and industry standards.
 Prepare PWHT instruction, Witness PWHT activity and review the graph records.
 Monitoring all calibration activities such as welding equipment’s, measuring equipment’s
 Follow up and closing of NCR and log book entries.
 Generating INCR’s in case of violations and monitoring corrective actions.
 Reviewing of material specification and grade, material traceability reports According to Project
Specification.
 Ensure that all Inspection and Test Plans, Quality Control Procedures, Project Specifications, Codes
and Standards are being followed during the project execution period.
 Reviewing of weekly and monthly project quality index.
 Follow up and closing of NCR and log book entries
 Inspection of materials, Pipe, Structural joint Fit-up, weld root visual, etc.
 Witnessing the pre-heating & post weld heat treatment and approving the charts for the same.
 Witnessing the stage wise Inspection as per drawings.
 Witnessing the Mechanical testing (Bend test, Tensile test & Macro tests, etc.
 NDT Request offering & Radiographic film interpretation, Repair clearing & related documentation
preparation as per code and standards.
 Magnetic Particle Testing with fluorescent & wet particle testing hands on experience by prod and
yoke
magnetization methods, interpretation as per the standard codes & procedures.
 Stage inspection in fabrication processes for marking & material identifications as per design
specifications.
 Inspect materials delivered at the project site and ensure they conform to the standards and
specifications.
 Conducting inspection/test in accordance with Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) and checklist.
 Maintaining all inspection and test records as appropriate.
 Reporting Non-Conformance & ensuring all Non-Conformance Reports (NCR’s) are properly
documented and closed out.
