beneficiary identification and hospital empanelment modules.

Rigorous IT support for the Aapke Dwar Ayushman campaigns & Ayushman Health Melas which increased scheme penetration by 37%

Integration of ABHA ID (Ayushman Bharat Health Account FKA Health ID) generation in the PMJAY Card generation process.

Integration of the dynamic National Food Security Act (NFSA) ration card database instead of the superannuated 2011 static SECC database for the identification of the eligible beneficiaries of the scheme.

Responsibilities:

Conducted thorough requirement gathering and elicitation sessions to comprehensively capture business needs.

Conducted feasibility analysis for new requirements, evaluating their practicality and alignment with business objectives.

Produced comprehensive documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), System Requirements Specifications (SRS), and Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS) to provide clear guidelines for project development.

Cultivated and maintained positive customer relationships through regular interactions, ensuring a deep understanding of client needs and expectations.

Orchestrated end-to-end management of Change Requests (CR) deliveries, overseeing the entire lifecycle from requirement definition through development, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to final deployment.

Managed the Support Portal using a ticketing tool, ensuring efficient tracking and resolution of issues.

Leveraged SQL for data analysis, extracting valuable insights from databases to inform decision-making processes.
