Order Execution.
• Oversee after-award processing to ensure accurate execution, timely delivery, cost
minimization, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare draft purchase orders for suppliers.
• Confirm client contracts and supplier quotes; assist in negotiating terms and conditions and
perform technical and commercial verification.
• Handle award and acknowledgment verification processes.
• Prepare and coordinate kick-off meetings if needed.
• Monitor and expedite the manufacturing process to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with finance for logistics documentation and invoicing.
• Fulfill inspection and test requirements.
• Manage and coordinate changes during execution.
• Monitor the delivery process and coordinate with sales and client warehouses

Logistics Coordination
• Follow up on PO deliveries.
• Manage all courier shipments including documentation and handling of both import and
export items.
• Coordinate with shipping companies and agents for the timely clearance of shipments at
seaports and airports, ensuring they are demurrage-free.
• Work with freight forwarders to obtain shipment quotations, determine the most efficient and
cost-effective shipping methods, and secure approval before dispatch.
• Update and track shipment information and status to maintain accurate records.
• Save shipping and delivery documents to the shared PO folder for record-keeping.
• Follow up with local transporters to ensure timely material delivery.
