Responsibilities:
• Proposed practical solutions and cost saving alternatives to meet Clients’ objectives and expectations. Conceptualized, identified, and resolved field problems.
• Review of structural scope of work, design, drawing, BOQ, Specifications and constructability aspect of work packages.
• Working in role of Engineering Project management for NEOM & ENOWA.
• Review of concept, scheme, detailed design, IFC documents and shop drawings submitted by design consultants, contractors & vendors.
• Maintain records of work executed, work planned etc. and ensure suitability for the designed permanent and temperory works as per site site survey and geotechnical interpretive reports.
• Close coordination with fields engineers and inside kingdom team to ensure performance of contractors and compliance with approved methods, scope of work, specifications, ES&H as per contract requirements.
• Attending weekly progress meeting with stakeholders, plan & coordinate activities to ensure that work progress is in accordance with project program.
• Organizing and attending design workshops for stakeholders to conceptualize and accelerate design phase, guiding project team to perform efficiently and achieve high quality product, keeping overall track on the timelines for the project.
• Optimizing and unifying design and submittals received from several consultants, contractors and vendors for different part of this mega project. Managing consultants, contractors & vendors to use standard format for design and drawing submittals to meet employers requirement, schedule and budget.
• Noting lesson learnt in each work packages and to improve working effectiveness and quality for ongoing next work package. Discussing these lesson learnt with designers and contractors to improve quality of construction document submittals.
• Liaison with SEC, MOT, ARAMCO, HCIS and other relevant authorities for any interface with existing facilities.
• Overseeing project schedule and reporting to Project Lead for corrective actions.
• Interdisciplinary coordination with design and construction teams.
• Checking construction documents, specifications to reduce misinformation/NCR during construction.
Responsibilities:
• Leading Project team independently, assisting management in technical queries, preparing tender drawings, specifications and Bill of quantities, Attending Design workshop, guiding project team to perform efficiently and achieve high quality product, keeping overall track on the timelines for the project & managing efficient resource allocation.

• Supported project managers to win projects by developing the design aspects of bid packages. Managed complete project lifecycle from initial concept through construction to completion of Works.
• Estimation of man hours, create WBS, plan and organize team for project delivery, scheduling work in accordance to deliverables and site requirement.
• Business development of engineering center. Presentation of skill and project portfolio of individual and team to Project Managers in overseas offices.
• Conceptualize, Analyze, Design & Detailing of building/structures using EC/AS-NZS/ACI/UBC etc. specifications.
• Coordination with client, architect, stakeholders and overseas team and build trust.
• Tendering, Value engineering & Quantity estimation for projects.
• Shouldering responsibility of developing in-house software/design sheets for governing codes/specifications.
• Review technical documents, calculations & drawings from contactors/Sub contractors.
• Preparation of reports and construction documents. Preparation of design submittal and responding to queries from construction site/vendors etc.
• Manage designers/technicians for preparation of detailed construction drawings and BIM modelling.
Manage the preparation of the working drawings and construction documents, including costumed details.
Prepare and follow up the submissions for building permit approvals.
Preparation of Report and specifications for Projects.
Attending weekly progress meeting with client, consultants, and other disciplines to inform progress and plan & coordinate activities ahead.
Value Engineering & estimation of Structural works for Projects.
Reviewing & coordinating contractors and sub-contractors calculation & drawings to ensure smooth execution of project without hassle and delays.
Construction supervision, Checking Safety at Site, quality of construction, monitoring and controlling work progress & ensuring goals to be achieved in desired time frame.
Coordination with civil engineers for various site activities, checking site work before municipality engineer’s visit, following up contractor to rectify any discrepancies, well versed with MIR, NCR etc.
Ensuring Dubai Municipality regulation for project’s structural works.
Checking Bar bending schedule, Earthwork drawings, Shop drawings, Fabrication drawings etc.
Following Consultants for approved drawing & specification, planning day to day, weekly activities, arranging manpower, preparing weekly reports.
Follow up with Sub contractors for fit-out and finishing as per client’s expectation. Directing Foreman & labours for quality product.
My responsibility in this firm is coordination with client’s engineers and architects, to prepare Project report, prepare structural system, analyze & design RCC & Steel structures, detailing of structural members and to provide optimal & economical solution.
