Responsible for installing, configuring, operation and maintaining the network and IT/AV infrastructure for classrooms and Innovation Spaces Labs, End User Support, Wireless Access points, Endpoints, AV Control System Network, DHCP and DNS, Digital Signage, CCTV, BGM and Room Scheduling system. Spearheading the Innovation Spaces IT/AV installation project, Exam Support, Service Desk - Ticket creation, resolving and escalation. Communication and coordination with outside vendors and contractors regarding SLA’s.
Responsible for managing projects installation, configuration, commissioning of IT/AV Systems, networks active/passive components, DNS, DHCP and IT/AV servers and systems, firewalls, providing end user with technical support for IT/AV and network related issues before and after project implementation and handing over.
