I Know how to read Piping arrangement drawing-single line, 3D modeling of piping system.
Sound knowledge of process flow diagram, utility flow diagram and mechanical flow diagram.
Isometric checking with P & ID'S and vendors catalogue.
Familiar with flow diagram instrument symbols as per ISA.
Pipe Rack Drawing & Pipe supports detailing support erection.
Preparation of Bills of Material for Spool Drawings.
Supervision of piping & Mechanical equipment Erection & Fabrication
Reverse Engineering for piping /Equipment etc.
Preparation of Equipment Layouts and Sectional Layouts.
Monitor all installed piping components and modification activities.
Supervision of all piping works and accurate work execution, ensure safety and quality standards.
Direct supervise and coordinate activities of the workers and pipe foreman engaged in fabrication of equipment ad pipeline.
Ability to make independent decisions in planning and organizing to develop solution of problems.
Oversea the entire phases of the start-up of different system to ensure they operate within parameter.
Supervising the pre-fabrication of all spool assemblies from material inspection through to final review.
Preparation of progress data and report for piping fabrication in accordance with project.
