• Conduct day to day Plant Maintenance, Routine Preventive Maintenance for PSM critical equipment, Corrective Maintenance & Troubleshooting, Start-up and Shutdown Overhauling Maintenance.
• Servicing & Overhauling of Electronics & Pneumatic Instruments Like: Control Valve, On Off Valve and Motor operating Valve (MOV).
• Calibration & Configuration of HART & Foundation Field BUS (FF) Positioners & Transmitters Like: RADAR & Guide wave Level Transmitter, Vortex, Coriolis, Ultrasonic and GE digital Flow Transmitter.
• Instrument Field & Bench Calibration and Repair of Switches Like: Level, Flow, Pressure & Temperature, Flame Scanner (UV/IR Test).
• Configuration & Calibration of Current to Pneumatic control System (CPC), Pick-150 & Wood-Ward Protech-203 Over Speed Control System for Turbine.
• Functional, Loop & Linearity Test of Speed & Vibration Probes. Knowledge and Experience of Emerson Bentley Nevada-3500 System, PLC, DCS, AMS And BMS Control System.
• Online Troubleshooting, Fault Finding, Continuity Test, Insulation Test (Meggering), Loop Checking, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning & Start-up Activities.
• Read & Understand Drawing & Interpreting of P&ID, ILD, Hook-Up Diagram, Instrument Specification DATA Sheet, Control Panel Drawing, JB Details and Cable Laying Out Diagram.
• Ability to work in shifts and can be manage the Plant Independently.
