• Implementation of QA/QC activities in accordance with approved PQP, ITP, Procedures, method statements
and other contract documents.
• Responsible for complete Quality Assurance and Control of the project, coordinate and attend client meetings
and demonstrate the project quality statistics and reports,
• Review sub-contractor documents and inspect sub-contractor installation and testing activities.
• Conduct material receiving inspection, cabinet installation inspection, cable laying inspection and fiber optic
cable installation inspection as per ITP.

• Coordinating with consultants and clients for inspections, NCR resolutions, and audits.
• Review of all electrical & instrumentation drawings related to scope of project work.
• Verify the test equipment and devices used in the project meets the required specifications as per
requirements, standard, testing according to the procedures.

• Responsible for the over-all implementation of Quality control related electrical works in accordance with project
specifications and Engineering standards.
• Perform routine inspection as per RFI, ITP, QCP, Project specifications & approved drawings.
• Preparation of constructional drawing such as plan layout, cable trench, cable routing, earthing layout etc.
Further this includes preparation of detailed BOQ.
• Preparation of Electrical & instrumentation quality control documents, Prepare Quality control procedure (QCP),
Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and Inspection Test Report (ITR) for electrical and instrumentation works.
• Performing material inspection and ensuring as per approved MAR and project specification.
• Preparation of calibration, installation acceptance, testing and commissioning reports,
• Raising NCR violated against specification. Suggested for correct action follow up closely and closing the NCR
• Verify the test equipment and devices used in the project meets the required specifications as per project
requirements, standard, testing according with the procedures.
• Responsible for ensuring that all relevant activities are in compliance with the companys quality management
system.
• Responsible for ensuring that all calibrated equipment used within calibration dates
