Coordinating e2e project execution for 4 New substations, including arranging Material, equipment, Manpower, budget/resource, expediting the progress, supporting cost estimation and reporting on project progress till closure
Assist Project Manager to make technical submission to end-client; following up on same till stage of final approvals
Finalizing manufacturer based on technical negotiations as per desired standard requirement of end client; selecting the right manufacturer among pre-qualified suppliers by evaluating cost, quality, timely & delivery comparison
Reviewing drawings and providing instructions to the consultant/Engineering Division for the submittals to client
Participated in development of contracting strategies, contract framework and contract tender & award schedule; assisting Tender Department to create cost of installation and materials for the project; closing pre bid and post bid clarifications with end-customer; ensuring readiness of BOQ for materials with the help of Associate Material Engineers
Initiating procurement activities and ensuring timely ordering of materials to suppliers
Managing all site activities, performed site inspection and quality control; coordinating with 3rd party inspectors for FAT inspections of Cables and Accessories
Ensuing optimum utilization of preventative & upgrade maintenance of equipment;

Erection of EHV AIS SUBSTAION Project and LV installation under Siemens and ABB, Subcontracting

Job Profile:
• Monitoring and controlling the station and do the necessary control and maintenance works to ensure uninterrupted power supply.
• Perform Preventive and Corrective Maintenance
• Submit daily and monthly operation and maintenance report to the Station Engineer
