•Parameter which effects the bio-reaction process (fermentation process).
•Got good exposure on importance of CIP (cleaning in place) and SIP (sterilization in place) to the fermenter reactors.
•To monitor the cell growth in the fermenter by performing HPLC of sugar consumption or by counting the cell after collecting the sample for every 12 Hrs.
•After complete cell growth then the cells are separated and then lipids are extracted from the cell membrane using homogenizer or cyclone separator.
•Extracted lipid are sent for batch distillation process to separate bio-fuel
My main responsibilities as a
Title: Process scale up of chemical Process in pharmaceutical company.
•To prepare Process flow diagram and other Documents.
•To calculate the addition rate, thermal analysis of runaway reaction.
•To prepare the detailed report of the total project.
