Installation, preventive maintenance service and repair of medical devices like Ultrasound, BMD, Anesthesia, Ventilator, Patient monitor, ECG, X-ray.
Working on all models of GE Ultrasound, BMD and LCS products.
To ensure full compliance of service delivery processes and deliver services both effectively and efficiently.
Successfully installed the Ultrasound, BMD and LCS devices like Anesthesia, Ventilator, Patient monitors, ECG.
Provide a basic demonstration to the doctors and staffs.
Travel to customers locations to assess and repair issues with their equipment’s.
Schedule on-site systems maintenance and/or repair calls.
Provide service to the customers by assisting physicians and their staffs with troubleshooting their systems over the phone.
Help in business by collecting AMC/CMC from the customers.
Identifying opportunities for system upgrades and promoting the same to the customers.
Increase sales of medical devices by educating doctors on the importance of system upgrade.
Worked on different models of ultrasound like voluson, vivid, logiq & versana series and LCS products.
Worked on dexa(DUAL ENERGY X-RAY ABSORPTIOMETRY) on DPX, PRODIGY & ARIA.
Installation and Implementation of the respective system is the prime responsibility.
Also provide Demonstration and basic application training to the Doctor/users.
Develop and maintain good relationship with customers, ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
To excel in every interaction with the customer to achieve customer delight.
Proactively participate & Implement for Customer satisfaction Development programs.
Responsible for timely escalation of certain issues to the concerned TM and work as a team to provide appropriate solution.
To participate in Corrective Maintenance & also maintaining and completing the PM Schedules within the stipulated time frame.
To actively participate and support in CS Sales Promotion and achievement of overall CS Team Sales
Installation, Repairing & maintenance of ultrasound and BMD machine.
To provide knobology Demonstration and basic application training to the Doctor/users.
Provide first level service and support to equipment’s thereby reducing the equipment down time.
To maintain daily progress reports, service reports, breakdown call reports for the convenience if team and for the growth of the company.
To take AMC and CMC from existing customers and go for the demonstration of our upcoming technology.
To maintain the data and follow up to the activities regarding AMC/CMC and bills of contracts and servicing.
To return the good and defective parts from site to company with full responsibility.
