lobby and guest rooms
• Coordinating transportation services, including taxis, limousines, and hotel
shuttles
• Managing the bell staff schedule, training new employees, and monitoring
performance
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bell desk, storage areas,
and equipment

• Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their
accommodation
• Retrieve and transport guest luggage
• Respond to guest inquiries requests in a timely, friendly and efficient
manner

• Organize And store luggage, as needed, according to guidelines
• Assist in the maintenance, appearance and functionality of equipment
• Inspect guest rooms and acquaint guests with these room and features
