Duties/Responsibilities:
• Opportunities to extend initiatives with the company.
• Identify revenue opportunities within customers' communities through communications, programs and other activities as needed.
• Prospecting, qualifying and generating sales within our established Trading Partners.
• Ensure suspect identification, planning, account qualification and needs analysis at all prospect levels.
• Telephone prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline. Telemarketing, cold calling, appointment setting and proactive contact of existing Trading Partners.
• Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in our industry.
• Maintain awareness of market conditions and project bidding. Follow-up with contractors and find opportunities to bid on jobs.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing levels for customers and price changes. Keep customers informed of upcoming price changes.
• Keep management informed of all activity.
• Attend networking opportunities with contractors, vendors, and customers.
• Attend trainings to increase knowledge of products and pricing
• Will provide back-up to the counter sales as needed.
• Responsible for overall National sales
• Recruiting, Training, Supervising whole company sales team

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales targets for new business sales and renewals
• Market full-line of Xerox products, services and supplies in a designated territory. Provide existing account coverage and development of new accounts.
• Develop appropriate strategies (short & long term) to suit business needs and requirements of customers and non-customers.
• Meet Xerox Bangladesh Customer Satisfaction goals by effectively resolving all customer issues.
• Establishment and building of account relationships with key decision makers in all departments.
• Identify, engage and co-ordinate necessary Xerox resources supporting the account(s).
• Preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Maintains and expands customer base by counseling area sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities
