Lead execution of civil maintenance activities (PPM & CM) across PHCC healthcare facilities, ensuring service delivery in line
with FM SLAs, safety regulations, and authority standards.
Conduct technical inspections, site condition assessments, and snagging of civil works, including structural defects, cracks,
waterproofing failures, finishing issues, and building fabric deterioration.
Manage CMMS work orders end-to-end: job allocation, execution monitoring, quality verification, KPI closure, and
documentation compliance.
Prepare and review inspection reports, snag lists, method statements, material submittals, and close-out documentation for
client and FM management approval.
Supervise civil technicians and vendors, ensuring workmanship quality, material compliance, and adherence to PTW and HSE
procedures.
Coordinate civil activities with MEP, HVAC, and fire-fighting teams to avoid interface conflicts and ensure seamless
maintenance operations.
Support cost estimation, BOQ measurement, material tracking, and vendor performance evaluation, ensuring cost-effective
maintenance delivery.
Participate in client meetings, handovers, and audits, representing civil FM scope with technical clarity and accountability.

• Plan, assign, inspect, and supervise maintenance, repair, excavation, concrete repair,
painting, and renovation works, ensuring all tasks meet quality, safety, and
housekeeping standards.
• Schedule and coordinate daily technician work plans, distribute work orders/requests,
and provide technical guidance to ensure efficient execution of civil maintenance
activities.
• Review and monitor work orders before and after completion, take final measurements
with focal points, and report daily productivity and progress to engineers and project
managers.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and other departments for the opening, closing,
and follow-up of work orders, ensuring seamless integration with all site operations.
• Attend and participate in civil work meetings, assess priorities, and provide technical
support to technicians while ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety
protocols.

• Develop and implement inspection, maintenance, and repair schedules for buildings,
pavements, landscaping, and structural elements, ensuring timely project completion
within budget.
• Plan, allocate, and supervise tasks, manpower, and resources for technicians and
contractors, coordinating with procurement to ensure availability of materials and
equipment.
• Conduct on-site inspections, assess structural issues, leaks, cracks, flooring, painting,
and renovations; prepare snag lists, technical reports, and documentation for
management approval.
• Act as liaison between management, contractors, and occupants, resolving civil-related
issues promptly, providing technical advice, solutions, and cost estimates, and
verifying contractor invoices.
• Perform quality assurance checks, ensure adherence to PTW and safety procedures,
and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for
compliance and future reference.

• Supervise and coordinate all civil construction activities, including structural works,
finishing, RCC, plastering, tiling, and site renovations, ensuring compliance with project
specifications and safety standards.
• Plan and allocate daily work schedules, manpower, and resources, monitoring
technicians and subcontractors for efficient execution of civil tasks.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and snag rectifications, maintaining
detailed progress reports, documentation, and compliance records.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other trades (MEP, electrical,
mechanical) to ensure seamless integration of civil works and resolve on-site issues.
• Monitor material usage, contractor performance, and safety compliance, assisting in
cost estimation, BOQs, and ensuring timely completion within budget and quality
standards.
