Networking :-
•Responsible for designing, documenting, and implementing network infrastructure for both on-prem and hybrid cloud infrastructure.
•Proven experience with the design and testing of network and security infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, IDS, WAN, SAN and other support systems.
•Configure, Manage and Monitor network infrastructure services related to Core & Access Switch, Routers, Firewall- Cisco FTD & Palo Alto
•Manage and Support network-related requirements for telecom and CCTV domains
•Managing projects and updating the team progress and status.
•Ensure communication link services are available and use of escalation matrix to follow up with the respective ISP provider.
•Review and ensure timely completion for all assigned incidents and requests within the SLA
•Experience providing 24x7 support to production enterprise infrastructures.
•Monitoring, troubleshooting network problems and outages; scheduling upgrades; collaborating with network architects on network optimization.
•Handle new service requests for networking requirements.
•Co-ordinate with vendors for third party support services.
•Ensuring all configuration backs are regularly collected and stored.
•Planning availability and preparing budgets.
•Prepare necessary change request documents for critical changes.
•Prepare SOPs related to all managed services.
•Follow security policies related to ISO and Business continuity, controls and compliance
•GIT Standards and Process adherence
Fiber Optic Activity :
• Manage all aspects of field network operations including network, configuration, performance management and network administration.
• Manage the fiber project management and end user rollout programs, security and safety considerations, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Manage & ensure the daily activities running according to the projects PIP
• Solve the complex issues in sites, designs, environmental work activities,
• Provide solutions and support for the teams to keep the teams working smoothly without any delay and Able to work in all regions.
• Able to work on different type of tools, NMS systems, GIS, AutoCAD, Google Earth, and maps.
