1. Operation of Ammonia Production:
Continuous monitoring and control the production of liquid anhydrous ammonia in Ammonia Plant through APC aided DCS system. Job responsibility includes-
Carry out Start up and shut down of Ammonia Plant
Monitor and control Smooth and safe operation of Ammonia Plant with the aid of APC & DCS.
Classify maintenance job based on HSE criteria and issue Cold/Hot/Vessel entry work permit as required.
Co-ordinate & participate with maintenance and other departments during normal operation, shutdown, start-up & turnaround.

Trouble shooting of problems arises during operation
Before that completion of an intensive theoretical and on job training on following plants-
Ammonia Plant (Haldor Topsoe Process)
Urea Plant (Stamicarbon Process)
Utility plant (Water treatment, Steam generation, Inert gas (N2) generation plant & Instrument Air generation unit)
2. Internal Auditor:
KAFCO is an ISO certified company. It carries out internal audit in a period of six months frequency. As a panel member of lead auditor take part regularly in this internal audit.

Work here from the beginning of the project. Gather experience being the part of building a project including feasibility study, procurement, design, erection, commissioning, inspection and start-up. Also responsible for the works-
Scheduling of the project activities and shipment with the civil progress time to time
Communicate with the Local & Foreign Sellers & Buyers in different procurement and technical issues along with the site supervision.
