11.Providing Customer Service of all kinds of Alternative Delivery channel Products of IBBPLC.
12.Expert in Account Opening Activities & Have Experience as Deputy BAMLCO in Branch.

1.Sales of all the TELCO and other products i.e. New Connections, Reload, IR bills, Scratch Cards, Handsets, Internet Modems etc. within given time to achieve individual and Center target.
2.Provide one-stop customer service as per defined processes to enrich customer experience.
3.To ensure customer`s problem solving as per Company and BTRC order.
4.Feedback on development issues to OM/HQ/GPC Department.
5.Record and report regarding available inventories.
