Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Selection:
Responsible to maintain CV flow through banner, poster, and word of mouth, to Maintain CV box in his zone, to Short list good CV`s as per demand, to Communicate with Candidates, to Take primary interview for different outlet level positions, to Coordinate all trial employees.
2. Training Implementation:
Responsible to coordinate Induction Training at outlet, to maintain relationship with Buddy Trainer in his zone, to Assist trainer when training occurs, to Provide training information as per instructions.
3. Organization Development:
Responsible to do Action research (slip pad survey report), to do employee Satisfaction Survey in every month, To give counseling to employees, To resolute any conflict among employee, manager & HR Department.
