After retirement from Bangladesh Air Force I joined in a residential Hotel ‘The Regency Garden ‘Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh for 09 months as General Manager ( Feb 28 2008 to Nov 2008, One of the Bangladesh Biman Enlisted hotel). Then I joined to my present company PATHAN GROUP. On 16 Nov 2008 to Jun-2016.
In Bangladesh Air Force I performed various types of duties and responsibilities. Some of the important, sensitive and vital working experience is mentioned.
I was a regular uniform person of BAF and after completion of 18 Years i retired as per the agreement .
In BAF my basic trade job was in the Communication and Electronic Branch. In fact, maximum time I was in the Intelligence Branch, Security, HR and Administration wing.
(1) First of my career in the Intelligence Branch, I was a Field Intelligence Officer.
(2) After that I enlisted with DAI (Directorate of Air Intelligence) and performed as a controller of the Air Field Intelligence Unit.
(3) Then I worked in the CI Cell (Counter Intelligence Cell).
(4) I have the working experience in the field of Infiltration, Investigation, and Joint Interrogation Cell and took part in the raid.
(5) Working experience with the Joint Intelligence Staff, like;-DGFI, NSI & SB.
I have the working experience more then two years with COAS (Chief of Air Staff) in Air House under the COAS Secretariat.
(1) In the Air House mainly I worked with a specific and sensitive work force with various levels and issues. The access control of Air House, The protocol of COAS, Schedule implementation of COAS was the main function as directed by the concerning authority.
(3) The overall safety, security and administration of the Air House including staff maintenance's (Duty Schedule, attendances, Leave maintenance, disciplinary factors, recommendation for rewards & punishment in accordance with the laws and any other special duty assign by the concerning authority.
In my just previous working place I was Asst. General Manager in Pathan Group, where I was working as General Manager since 01 Jan 2013. Here I oversee the overall activities of the group.
(1) Here I was working in HRM and Administration, Total recruitment process, selection, induction, job specification, performance appraisal, personnel management, conflict reducing, conflict solution and any other works as per time & situation demand of the group.
(2) My day to day working was running with the computer in the field of MS Office, MS ward, MS Excel, power point, Pay roll making, documentation, personal profile collection & updating, time management, any types of problem solving with the help of concerning resources & support.
(3) I was the permanent team member of the Recruitment & Selection Board of the group.
(4) I am fluent in English.Report writing, minuets, agenda making, program setting, yearly conference (including food arrangement, special guest maintaining and cultural program with the countrywide business client and foreigners, exporters) is my mandatory responsibility.
(5) I was working to making and implementing HRM Plan, labor law, procedures and policies of the group which is almost coincides to the organizational goal.
(6)I was Handling the complaints, disputes and grievance of the staffs.
Very sincerely I would like to mention that, almost for a long time i was serving in sophisticated organization with different type of duties and sensitive responsibilities. Now a days I am very much confident on mine to do the job in the field of all types of Administration, HRM, Management, Safety and Security Sectors with the different nations, different nature, different culture and different levels people considering the overall atmosphere with the proactive attitude.

With the collaboration of The German government this institute started a post graduate diploma course for six month on Social Compliance. To ensure the labor rights and privilege at their working place this course will help in all aspect. social compliance, HRM, SA8000, Social Accountability,Labor law of the state, the standers of international labor law, ILO, are the major subjects of the course.
