• Managed the execution of mechanical construction works for a 76, 200 MT fully automated grain storage and handling facility, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Directed the installation, testing, and commissioning of wheat storage silos, bucket elevators, belt conveyors, chain conveyors, grain cleaning systems, and automated packaging units.
• Coordinated with clients, consultants, contractors, and government stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery in accordance with contractual and technical requirements.

• Supervised the installation, assembly, and alignment of two Turbo Expander units and associated mechanical equipment to support gas processing operations.
• Coordinated construction activities related to gas piping networks, utility systems, gas cooling units, and supporting infrastructure within a live operating facility.

• Supervised installation, alignment, testing, and mechanical completion of critical BOP equipment, piping systems, and utility facilities within project schedule requirements.
• Managed construction activities for water treatment and demineralization systems, wastewater treatment facilities, cooling water systems, and chemical dosing packages.
• Coordinated the installation and commissioning of cooling towers, circulating water pumps, closed cooling water systems, condensate extraction pumps, and intake pumping stations.
• Supported the construction and integration of fuel gas systems, including gas booster compressors, gas regulating and metering stations (GRMS), and associated piping networks.

• Managed the complete project lifecycle, including engineering review, fabrication supervision, equipment installation, commissioning, performance testing, and final project handover.
• Supervised the installation of grain receiving, storage, conveying, milling, and packaging systems to achieve seamless plant operation and production efficiency.
• Oversaw the installation and commissioning of a 100 MT/hr pre-cleaning system and a 5, 000 MT steel silo storage facility equipped with automated material handling and conveying systems.
• Managed the erection, alignment, and commissioning of flour milling equipment with a production capacity of 300 MT/day, ensuring optimal operational performance.

Project: Infant Formula (IF) Bulk Repacking Line

• Managed the execution of mechanical and utility infrastructure projects for a high-hygiene infant formula production facility, ensuring compliance with Nestlé engineering standards, food safety requirements, and project objectives.
• Led the installation, testing, and commissioning of infant formula processing, filling, and packaging equipment to support production capacity expansion and operational efficiency.
• Supervised the installation of hygienic process piping systems, compliance with sanitary design principles and international food-grade manufacturing standards.
