Duties/Responsibilities:
1. To assist Head of HR & Administration Department as second man comprises the sections like HR & Training, General Administration & Compliance.
2. To prepare manpower planning to meet the short and long term requirement of the factory.
3. To look after recruitment & selection process and to ensure timely placement.
4. To maintain personal files for all employees as per compliance standards.
5. To assist department head in formulation/ updating the HR related policies as and when required.
6. To look after the annual/ periodical performance appraisal rewards, compensation and benefits related issues of the factory.
7. To ensure smooth Industrial Relations (IR) maintaining proper liaison with employee representatives and all related Govt./ Non-Govt./ autonomous bodies of the country.
8. To monitor compliance & OHSAS related issues of the factory and ensure that all things are getting done in line with the requirement of Buyers and Laws of the land.
9. To perform job related review of all departments` strength & weakness, succession plan to the hierarchy and intimate department head to fill up the corrective measure as perpetual response of the HR department.
10. To ensure payment (wages, salary, overtime, insurance coverage etc.) on time.
11. To conduct TNA and responsible to arrange all types of training as per yearly Training Calendar and to preserve all documents as per Compliance Standards.
12. To monitor & control attendance, movement and leave management of all employees of the factory
13. To handle employee complaints, grievances and disputes.
14. To handle administrative related issues like Management of Vehicle, Office security etc.
