Summary of activities performed•Structural design (Steel & RCC design) by etabs, staad pro, Safe, Tekla & Manual Calculation with excel.
•Responsible for DEA (Detail Engineering assessment) / Retrofit design and follow up the construction.•Carryout structural safety assessment as per BNBC, Nirapon, RSC, Primark, Bepza & Pouroshava, Upozila guideline.
•Prepare Model of RCC and Steel Structure as per BNBC 2006, BNBC 2020 and other international recognized codes and standards such as- ACI, ASCE, Euro code etc.
•Design & BOQ (Pre-Fab Steel Structure & R.C.C Both).
•Structural Design of Multi-storied R.C.C. Residential & Industrial Building.
•Structural design, Check Design, Manual Calculation.
•Maintain liaison with In-house Architect, Electrical Engineer and other design related people.
•Ensure that all logistic supports i.e. materials including, drawings, designs, detailing are available on demand at site.
•Developing change in work process or modify, if required, according to company policy.
•Retrofitting Steel & RCC design mezzanine and high rise building.
Always follow every construction work s being executed as per approved specification of materials.
•Take necessary steps for soil test and survey of land.
• Take necessary steps for designing sanitary, plumbing and electrical design for projects from reputed Firm/Company/ Engineer.
•Review quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and maintain a quality of materials
•Maintain liaison with foreign Architect, In-house Architect, Electrical Engineer and other design related people.
•Ensure that all logistic supports i.e. materials including, drawings, designs, detailing are available on demand at site.Developing change in work process or modify, if required, according to company policy
•Always follow every construction work is being executed as per approved specification of materials.•Attend meeting of critical L.O / apt owner during the execution of construction work.•Prepare construction progress report & submit to appropriate higher authority from time to time.•RCC & Steel structural estimation.•Lead the companys construction operations.•Ensure that all logistic supports i.e. materials including in-house supplies, drawings, designs, detailing are available on demand at site.
•Always follow every construction work is being executed as per approved specification and if any defect/error is detected in any construction elements shall immediately inform that to the site in charge.
•Developing change in work process or modify, if required, according to company policy.
•Supervise all Engineers of the company.
•Meeting with the team members and motivate them to contribute their efforts for timely completion of the project in a most cost-effective way.
•Take necessary steps for designing sanitary, plumbing and electrical design for projects from reputed Firm/Company/ Engineer.
•Check quality of construction materials, testing of materials from BUET, if necessary appropriate measure to ensure it.
• Find out ways to minimize construction cost and wastage of materials.
• Make a meeting every month with Managing Director and to brief him about the Engineering & construction problem of every project with written papers and to take instruction. •Maintain liaison with Architect, Electrical Engineer and other design related people.•Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of structural engineers and designers.
•Prepare construction progress report & submit to appropriate higher authority from time to time.
•Develop innovative and cost-effective design solutions while considering factors such as load distribution, seismic resistance, and construction methods.
•Identify potential design risks and develop mitigation strategies.
