Role & Responsibility:
Manage the team to provide the best and quality support to the clients
Whole responsible to the project like end to end support of the applications as well as Hardware parts and their health check up etc.
Maintain repository for AMC, CR Handover, project Handover.
To manage Escalation, Activities, Planning, Ticket review, Status from L3 and Supports L1 Engineer at any point of time.
Coordinate with clients Head and others teams (DBA, product team etc) to discuss and resolve the issues.
Communicate and update the status for relevant IT project/program
Enhancing application by providing L2/L3 level support.
Providing SQL query, scripts for report generation and other ad hoc requests as per requirement.
Taking/planning server downtime and other activities
Implementing the patch to the application time to time as per the requirement.
Resolving the different issues of the users and providing the solution within defined SLA.
Arrange the con call with the users and L3 team to discuss about the ongoing issues and find out the way of resolution and if it will require the much time then we use to go for the work around
Periodic Governance call with the clients to reviews/discuss about the pending issues or new concern etc
Manage Client communication with Technical, Business and Sr Mgmt at Opco Level.
Writing PL/SQL, Procedures, Functions, Packages and Triggers
Customization of Oracle Forms & Reports.
