Handle a team with nine members; ensure proper man power planning & utilization, measure KPI and reports to head of the department.
Provide on-site storage support for installation, administration, configuration, troubleshooting, security control, system tuning and technical support for various vendors SAN Storages specially IBM Storage (Spectrum Virtualizes) servers during both business hours and outside normal business hours
Determine and monitor technical status of systems and plan for future capacity, modifications, connections, and licensing.

Provide on-site support for installation, configuration and troubleshooting DC-DR replication (ERM).
Delivering customer premises knowledge transfer session for better understanding of IT system concepts and its operation.

• Responsible for Vendor evaluation, incident management, AMC management & PoC for IT infrastructure.
• Responsible for SAN & BladeCenter infrastructure (Three DataCenter & Two DR site).
• Ensure Disk & Tape storage systems running with error free.
• Conducting with Vendor & Updating, Implementing, solving Firmware, Driver & patch related issue.
• Communicating within various teams (SAP, Application, ADS, Lotus, System automation & backup) and troubleshooting Performance related issue.
• Cooperate with Backup & VMware team to ensure running Backup & VMware Systems.
• Provide on-site/remote Data Center Virtualization (VMware) support for administration, troubleshooting.
• Provide on-site storage support for installation, administration, configuration, troubleshooting, security control, system tuning and technical support for the IBM & NetApp Storage servers during both business hours and outside normal business hours

One year education after completing Four years Bachelor's education.
Four years Bachelor's education after completing Higher Secondary Certification (HSC).
