Leading and motivating the customer service operation team to ensure they’re giving the best customer service possible and helping to build good customer relations

Inventory management and Supply chain management.
Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems.
Arranging staff meetings and implements effective procedures and policies that are customer-focused.
Recruiting new staff, training and development.
Conduct training to resolve difficult customer problems and related issues.

Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Supervise the Database management for ERP Issue .
Coordinate with the Section wise Project Manager for the database updating.
Updating the Received & Outstanding bill statement.
Supervise the Weekly & Monthly progress report of all type of Job.
Monitoring the team’s work process and performance
Handling complaints (from both staff and customers)
