DUTIES & RESPONSOBILITY HANDLED:
Preparation and submission of inspection reports to the concern department.
Review the contract documents, specifications and drawing.
Co-ordinate with clients, suppliers, sub-contractors, resources and incorporates them into the master schedule for each activities to complete the job within the schedule period.
Response for operation, commissioning, stabilization and maintenance of rotating and stationery equipment’s.
Preparation of maintenance schedule for necessary equipment’s.
Carry out alignment, installation and testing of pumps.
Carry out construction of fire water tanks as per API-650 12th edition.
Ensure all aspects of safety rules and regulations to perform NDT as per ASME Section-V and Hydro/Pneumatic testing at site. as per ASME Section-V
Carry out UG/AG Piping and Pipeline works as per ASME 31.3 codes.
Having also very good knowledge in QA/QC Inspector works.
To rise ITP (Inspection and Test Plan).
To prepare PQR, WPS, WMS and other documentation works belong to job.
Installation of Valves and all kinds of Fittings.
Checking all the materials deliver to the site as per company standards (Data Sheet) before execute the work.
I watch everything related to the jobs, I give the first priority safety and without lose anything carry on successfully and carefully.
Coordinate the entire mechanical work program & ensure the instruction regarding all works & specification are conveyed to the mechanical technicians or pipe fitters or mechanical fabricators..
Request work permit & identify the equipment & identify hazardous, quality risk.
Follow safety procedure during tasks & follow HSE (Health safety & environment policy).
Ensure all works are completed to the standard specification before final inspection.
Ensure all safety requirements regarding all jobs to be followed.
Skilled to read Engg.drawing, P&ID, GA Drawing, Isometric Drawings, Cause & effect and symbols.
Preparation of material for new correction/installation jobs.
Preparation of test equipment’s & tools.
Preparation of specification & data sheets to field mechanicals jobs.
Trained and educated the workforce Regarding proper work completion and adherence to company standards.
Checks daily logs to determine proper operation of equipment.
Ensure co-workers safety rules & regulations.
Monitors jobs to ensure quality and compliance with job standards.
Recommends improvements, changes or new techniques or procedures.
Supervises all personnel in assigned trades areas; duties include, planning, scheduling.
Maintains records of jobs performed, departmental charge codes and hours worked by Employees.
Planning and control of materials Equipments, Manpower and other resources to execute and complete the job within the schedule time.
DUTIES & RESPONSOBILITY HANDLED:
Responsible for repair and replacement of corroded pipes marked by inspection engineer.
Coordinate with operator and operation department for arrangement of hot work permit.
Conduct daily tool box talk with supervisors, foreman, fabricators, pipe fitters and welders.
Liaises with NDT crew for RT, UT, MPI and DPT test.
Arrangement of preheating of joints as per QC requirement.
Liaises with PWHT crew to ensure that stress relieving is done on required line class.
Report to project manager/engineer regarding daily progress.
Ensure that all piping and welding activities are done as per project specification.
Arrangement of tie-in joints during shut down.
