Responsible for the maintenance, adjustment and repair of the
Electrical parts of the equipment related to the production and finishing of plastic grass fibers.
Ensure all preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
Installation and maintenance of AC and DC motors, their variable drives, relays, timers, temperature controller and electronic sensors.
Responsible for Electrical, basic Electronics and Instrumentation.
Troubleshoot faults, Attend Breakdowns, Repairs and replacement of the components.
Maintenance of Plant machineries (Extrusion, Wrapping, Twisting and Winder) and Buildings.
Modification and additions to existing industrial electrical system.
Maintain in working conditions Motor controlling panels.
Ensure routine recording, registering and reporting of maintenance activities.
PLC programmer (ladder programmer), coordinate in mechanical works and other departments.
