Dealing in Multiple Brand namely UD Trucks, DEUTZ, MANITOU, ITAL TOWER, DENYO(welding machine), HITACHI(wheel Loader Excavator), HUDIG, TCM, KIRLOSKAR (generator), AIRMAN(compressor), DYNAPC, TSP Battery, Donaldson Filters
Making Recommended Service parts list contract with Ministries & some fleet companies
Donaldson Filters mainly from B to B sales only & batteries main targeting Customer fleet Companies.
Visiting Fleet Owners, Dealers, Big Shoppers & Retailers. Convincing Fleet Owners for Parts After Sales & Service Contract.
Meeting with Fleet Owners’ Purchasing manager, Workshop manager, GM, Finance manager
Qualify customer by understanding their Spare Parts requirements & for service contract.
Dealing with customer enquiries face to face, over the phone or via email.
Contacting prospective customers and discussing their requirements.
Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers & prospective customers in assigned territory & market segment to generate new lead.
Plan & organize personal sales strategy by maximizing the return on time investment for the territory & segments
Achieving all revenue targets & objectives in line with the Area Business Plan.
Working closely with the marketing team to produce any sales collateral required for
the target market.
Reporting business trends and area performance to the Sales Manager.
Developing & maintaining successful business relationships with all prospects.
Identifying what customers want. Preparing Quotation as per customer needs.
Supply management with oral & written reports on customer needs, problems, interest, competitive activities and potential for new product & services.
As a branch in charge, my responsibility was of compiling a daily sales report & handover daily Cash Sales to our respective finance department.
Visiting Fleet Owners, retailers, Shoppers & dealers. Knowing their requirement & negotiating over price & delivery. Visiting to Operation managers, Workshop managers, Purchasers of Fleet owners, Giving them benifits & offers on products & generating lead for sale
Greeting customers and scheduling service appointments.
Interact with customers to know the nature of their automotive problems.
Handle telephone and personal inquiries from customers.
Test drive vehicles with customers to understand the problems in vehicles.
Prepare a list of problems, the estimates and the time taken to complete the repairs.
Secure agreement from customers while taking over their vehicles for repairs
Provide customers the maintenance menu, tips and techniques on maintaining their vehicles
In case of additional repairs inform the customers promptly.
Deliver repaired vehicles to customers on time.
Adhere to company safety standards, policies and procedures.
