• Ensure cleanliness class in pharmaceutical manufacturing facility as per cGMP.• Responsible for proper operation and maintenance of HVAC system including 04 nos. 868TR chillers, 21 nos. 4200TR cooling towers, 12 nos. 90kw pumps, 32 nos. AHU’s, 20 nos. FCU’s, 8 nos. dehumidifiers, 24 nos. exhaust units, heat exchanger and water generation plants as per cGMP.• Responsible for proper operation and maintenance of 10MVA substation equipment’s including 04 Nos. dry type & 01 nos. oil type transformer, 05 nos. HT panel, 04 nos. LT panel, 24 nos. MDB/SDB and 04 nos. PFI panel GEP.• Responsible for all utilities to ensure smooth manufacturing operation, engineering support to different departments specially QC and microbiology instruments.• Troubleshoot breakdown maintenances, provide technical support in operation and maintenance of utility systems.• Supervise and ensure planned preventive maintenance of utility systems, safety systems and industrial services optimizing allocation of resources and as per GEP.• Keep communication with machine manufacturers, ensure and supervise third party services.• Review SOP’s, risk analysis & risk reduction, ensure activities of CCR, identify root cause of problems, propose and ensure CAPA against deviation/QIR.• Overcome challenges to face external/internal audits and visits.• Review justification, URS, IQ, OQ, PQ protocols and supervise installation and commissioning for new projects.• Monitor store inventory, ensure availability of spares for uninterruptible operation.• Technical evaluation of purchasing equipment’s and spares to meet requirements. • Motivate, train and develop knowledge of deputed subordinates.• Review shift plan, assign and supervise subordinates to solve problem.• Ensure proper documentation, drawing and SAP related activities.
-Supervise and maintain preventive maintenance program of equipment, repairing and troubleshooting to ensure minimum breakdown with upgrading and modification, if required
-Execute cost saving and energy saving techniques and modifications to achieve sub-tantial reduction to operations and maintenance expenditure
-Hands on experience to troubleshoot of automatic control system e.g. PLC, HMI, Inverter/VFDs, Servo drive with different type of sensors
-Prepare & submit weekly/monthly maintenance report to the immediate supervisor with recommendation
-Train & guide subordinates in using proper troubles shooting methodology and develop effective maintenance standard
-Study specifications, participating procurement activities through technical review & order finalization
-Planning, designing, supervising projects such as industrial wiring, sub-station & power distribution equipment's, generators, Online UPS, protection and detection system
-Working in different projects simultaneously, provide effective solution for any technical issues, coordinate with the team to derive site requirements
-Operation and maintenance of utility services such as generators, sub-stations, compressors, boilers, HVAC system, purified water plant, water pumps, split type AC, different protection & detection system and others.
- Design, planning, installation & commissioning of 4MVA, 11/.400kV Sub-Station equipments, 1650KVA & 650KVA diesel generators, BBT, MDB's, SDB's, protection and detection systems, True Online UPS's and others

- Checked electrical system status, calculated and ensured power distribution to load at all ends, maintained database of distribution and updated accordingly, identified hazards, defects and find out needed repair
