Assist in formulating policies relating to recovery and ensure proper implementation of such policies.
Prepare annual recovery programme showing actual recoverable amount and fixed up quarterly target of recovery and follow up action.
Suggest measures to the management of implementing repayment schedule in cases where the normal machinery/procedure fails.
Take appropriate measures for recovery of stuck up and overdue loans.
Examine requests for remission of interest and submit the same to the board of directors for decision.
Issue necessary instruction and clarification on policy matters relating to recovery to Divisional and Regional Offices.
Undertake persuasive/co-ordination activities for improving recovery position with the local administration and agencies during visits of HO officials to a Region/Branch.
Assist and advise the Managing Director/General Manager in matters relating to recovery of loans and advances or other allied matters.
Banking Software & Handing Ability:
Ability to handle with sound knowledge in banking software.
