I'm responsible for Cisco device migration, configuration and troubleshooting with more than 100 global location.
This is a ministry government project "911 Mecca". As per my position, my responsibilities is network security device maintenance, configurations also wireless devices maintenance and configuration etc.
Switching configuration: spanning-tree, ISL & dot1q trunking, VLANs, port-security
Planning & designing of new possibilities for improvement of network
Installing & implementing the redirection NAT/PAT. Designing & installing the LAN including structured cabling, L2 switch configuration VLAN, VTP & STP, IP addressing & configuration of routing protocols.
I also manage Server (Installation & Configuration).
Managing Cisco Routers, Switches, ASA Firewalls
Managing server related problem like software installation, configuration, maintenance and Support
• Advising on, to the purchase of networking software, hardware and other IT supplies.
• Installing and improving network equipment.
• Responding to the enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Providing 3rd Line Network Support to resolve all complex faults on a 24/7 basis.
• Liaising with third party partners and suppliers to ensure that the faults are resolved within the correct time frames and to agree SLA’s.
