Facilities Management services at Jeddah Islamic Port, The Second Largest and Busiest port in the Arab Country.
Managing the project and ensure deliverance of services as per contract.
Project mobilization, procedures implementation, asset, and facility management, cost estimation, control, resource planning, and scheduling for events.
Expertise in Facility management, Hard services, Event Management & Soft Services involving housekeeping Landscape,
safety & security, back-office & front office, and contract management.
Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly.
All aspects of facility and maintenance operations,
including directing and managing in-house team, safety, and outsourced maintenance contracts; the focus is proactively managing the facility's maintenance and cleaning including repair of all building systems, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire alarm, interior, and exterior cleaning. Also, manage and report on the new projects, fit out works, and closure of PPM and client requests.
Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment.
Maintain stock levels and parts within budget.
Oversee security of buildings and grounds.
Maintain ongoing communication with contractors, clients and the team.
Handles general accounting tasks, such as accounts
payable, payroll, petty cash, and budgeting.
Oversees and supervises the quality of work for other employees to ensure that all tasks are performed correctly and effectively.
Recommends maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility design modifications
Managing the specialized contractors.
