• Inspect and Maintain Equipment (Rotary & Static Equipment )
• To avoid malfunction and other problems with equipment, make sure that equipment is working and not in danger of breaking down.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machines to keep them running smoothly and include replacing worn parts and checking oil and other fluid levels.
• After industrial machine breaks down, it get it working again. Responsible for troubleshooting the problem and assessing whether parts can be repaired or need to be replaced.
• Responsible for ordering and installing replacement parts. Make Sure any required upgrades or changes to established systems to improve or prolong efficiency.
• Install new equipment and to perform checks following installation to ensure that all systems are in working order.
• Troubleshooting problems on various types of equipment
• Understanding how to read blueprints and system schematics
• Knowing equipment safety systems and processe
• Drawing up a schedule for regular maintenance
• Maintaining the machinery, for example by lubricating parts or changing out filters.
• Diagnosing problems when machinery breaks down and deciding the best way to repair them.
• Making repairs. This may include welding, plumbing, electrical repairs and rewiring, and minor carpentry work.
• Obtaining any specialized components or fixtures needed to make repairs.
• Complying with health and safety regulations.
• Maintaining and managing stocks of supplies, parts and equipment.

1. To complete dismantling, inspection, repairing, replacing, of the parts (if required) are done under the supervision of our seniors.
2. Well knowledge of steel plant/oil & Gas Plant /Desalination plant machine and their maintenance work.

5. Lubrication of the machine according to the requirement of the machine and types.
6. Knowledge of repairing and overhauling of gate valve, butterfly valve. Control valve, relief valve, such as pressure relief valve, pressure regulating valve, and flow control valve.
7. Alignment of motor in various parts of the plant.
8. Overhauling, troubleshooting & repair maintenance of all plant equipments such as pumps, compressor, & Blowers.
9. Knowledge of all types pump. Centrifugal pump, gear pump.
10. Well knowledge of conveyor belt, pulley, roller, side roller and their accessories.
11. Good knowledge of Computer and Maintenance Management System.
12. Fully aware of using safety appliances regarding jobs.

General and Task Management
1.Effectively delegate any maintenance issues to be resolved on each shift and small projects to the right skills in the team, planning and managing effective works
2. Adhere to daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of site
3. Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively
